The Junior Electrical Design & Shop drawing Engineer is responsible for assisting in the design and development of electrical systems, as well as creating accurate shop drawings for construction projects. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Responsibilities

Assist in the design and development of
electrical systems for various construction projects

Collaborate with senior engineers to create
electrical schematics, layouts, and specifications.

Conduct calculations and analysis to ensure
compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

Prepare accurate shop drawings using
computer-aided design (CAD& REVIT) software.
- Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings to identify electrical requirements.
- Coordinate with other disciplines (e.g., mechanical, structural) to ensure integration of electrical systems into overall project design.
- Collaborate with seniors to address any design issues or modifications.
- Stay updated on industry trends, codes, regulations, and emerging technologies related to electrical design.
Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a
related field.

Strong knowledge of electrical engineering
principles, including power distribution systems, lighting design, grounding
systems, etc.

Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD&
REVIT ) software for creating accurate shop drawings

Familiarity with relevant codes and standards
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to conduct calculations and analysis for system sizing and load calculations.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy in designs and documentation
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and Seniors
